Reduced risk of cancer
It’s become common knowledge that red meats increase the risk of cancer. Not Chicken nugs though. Nothing but white meat here which contains niacin, a B vitamin that fights the disease.
Chicken is high in an amino-acid called tryptophan which will help increase serotonin levels in your brain. Think about it, have you ever been sad whilst eating nugs?
Being high in retinol, alpha and beta-carotene, and lycopene all forms of vitamin A that benefit your eye health.
So there you have it! The moral of the story here folks, is that we could all do with a few more chicken nuggets in our life.
